As Director of People Operations at Wahl+Case, she develops effective hiring, learning, and performance management strategies with an eye on both candidate and employee experience. Before shifting to an internally-focused role, she worked as a recruitment consultant, gaining experience in everything from interim to executive recruitment. A JET alum, Kristine is also a graduate of Cornell University and a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wahl+Case is a Tokyo-based recruitment company focused on discovering, placing, and retaining the best tech talent for the most innovative companies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Kasia Lynch, Founder, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ikigaiconnections.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ikigaiconnections.com\/\">Ikigai Connections<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasia (\u30ab\u30fc\u30b7\u30e3) a trilingual American who spent 8 years in Japan, including high school, college, graduate school, and her professional career. She earned her Bachelor\u2019s from Boston University and Master\u2019s from Tokyo\u2019s Ochanomizu University.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasia\u2019s career utilizing Japanese language and cultural skills began in 2003 with concert promotion, and later moved to interpreting\/translating, electronics, and the automotive industry. She was able to do this while living in Japan, Poland, Italy, and the US.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since starting Ikigai Connections in 2018, Kasia has been featured in various Japan-related podcasts, websites, and webinars, including USJETAA, Small Business Japan, Laurasian Institution, Japan Expert Insights, and BFF Tokyo.
