Zara is Out in Tech’s first womxn/femme non-binary leader on the Chicago Leadership Team. Out in Tech is a global non-profit that unites the LGBTQ+ tech community worldwide. As a multicultural Wonder Woman and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) Strategist, Zara has enjoyed over a decade of empowering communities with her/their intersectional and holistic approach to Human Resources, business operations, learning and organizational development initiatives with the key ingredient of equitable design and impact.
