Kelsey worked as a CIR/PA in Tochigi Prefecture after college, and then at Human Rights Now in Tokyo. She later moved to Bangladesh to teach at the Asian University for Women and plans to pursue a career in international educational development to improve access to higher education for marginalized communities.
